Students in Stage 3 have the opportunity to try out for the school debating team. The debating team represents Harcourt Public School in the Holroyd, Granville and Strathfield Areas Debating Competition. Students debate on a wide range of topics and compete against other schools in the area.
Debating is a fantastic opportunity for students to develop their public speaking skills, confidence, teamwork and critical thinking.
This year's Debating Coordinator and Coach is Ms Dwyer.
We have two teams representing Harcourt.
The Harcourt Golds team includes Ayshka, Issac, Ispiha & Trisha.
The Harcourt Greens team includes Esther H, Rendell, William X, Eva & Ethan.
